"transcript": "Good morning, natural gas. It's Tuesday, October the 13th, 2026. I'm Tim Beggins, President of L Trading Company. And for the spot November natural gas contract, we're up. We're currently trading at 3.2260, up 6.5.9 cents here. We're just about 1.9%. And as you can see, the RSI has now turned to the upside. So, the 13 and 48 period exponential moving averages held as support or acted as support for yesterday's downward day. But we had a late rally yesterday and basically closed almost unchanged. Now today, we're pressing back higher. What's going on? Well, we've got better LNG. We've also got some interesting weather coming up. So things are starting to get a little muddied here. Let's take a look at the hourly chart. And as you can see, we're above the daily pivot, which came in today at 3.1540. Right now, we are testing up at first resistance at 3.2170. So we're just about through that right here. RSI is pointing higher right now. So, we're going to get a good storage report on Thursday. We're going up against last year's plus 80 to plus 90 for the five-year average. So, we'll probably be bullish relative to both, but just by slightly bullish to last year. Let's take a look at what's going on here. Let's take a look at the April through October strip. And again, this is one of these interesting using the 50-day exponential moving average, when the prices get too far away from that exponential moving average, you can expect to see it retested. And as you can see, we're starting to get one of those rebounds here for the April through October strip, which is now currently up just one tick to 2.9930. Right now, the RSI is still pointing higher, and the moving average is above the market right here at 3.0270. So, we'll look to see if there's a little bit of short covering coming up on the April through October strip, and then if it tests it, let's see if it falls back down again. Because we might have just a slow erosion in prices here because look at the 8 to Oh, excuse me, let's go to the first the 6 to 10-day outlook. Let's flip them back. 6 to 10-day outlook, below normal in New England, below in the Pacific Northwest, but above here in the upper Midwest here. And that continues in the 8 to 14-day temperature outlook here. Below normal temperatures out in the Pacific Northwest, but above normal Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, all the way down to Arkansas, Tennessee, and parts of Mississippi. So let's take a look at what's going on with the weather forecast. This is the European model here. And as you can see, we've got that chimney of warmth right through the central part of the United States here, but cooler temperatures going through the Rockies, and of course, parts of New England. We're going to keep a careful eye on this as we go forward because as you can see, more cold temperatures are coming down on the 23rd, and they're going to push into New England here as well as we go through the forecast here. And as you can see, all that warmth tries to make a stand here late into the month here. It is still stuck in the Southeast from Texas all the way over to Florida and back up to Virginia. But as we get toward the end of the forecast map here, that is what happens here. We still are stuck with some above normal temperatures here. Parts of the desert Southwest and Central Valley of California. But otherwise, cooler temperatures are starting to push down, and it's going to get very, very interesting as we get into November. Let's take a look at the global LNG market here, and this is the UK uh futures here. And as you can see, we're pressing to new highs. This is pence per therm here, and we are up over 2.72% here today. That is pressing to a new high. We got a new high yesterday. RSI is still pointing higher. Why? Because the Strait of Hormuz is still an active war zone, and it looks like Qatari production is going to be remain muted through the winter. Let's take a look at the weather for Europe here. And as you can see, we've got some warmer temperatures right now in Spain, in France, and parts of Germany here. It starts to cool off as we go through the forecast period here. But take a look at what happens here. There's some cooler temperatures on the 18th. We press a little further, and we've got some very cold temperatures starting to come in. There's on October the 22nd right there. Then it goes into the 23rd. So, cooler temperatures into Germany here, which again is really light in storage and pressing all the way down toward Greece. This continues all the way through the 24th. Luckily, it's a weekend here, but much cooler temperatures in Italy, all through the Balkans, parts of Germany, and France. That pushes a little further to the east as we get into the forecast here, but there's the end of the month. It's cooler across much of Western Europe. And European storage, 73.8% full in injections are starting to decline. That's natural here, but we've still got a few countries here that are still in some serious problems. And one of them includes Germany at 60% full, nowhere near the 80% full target. That's going to be a problem. Latvia at 50% here, Netherlands at 62, Belgium at 65, and of course, the United Kingdom, oof, 35, 36% full. Let's turn to Asia here, and it's a mixed bag across Asia. It is both warm and cool as we get through the forecast here. Looking like some cooler temperatures are coming in through Mongolia here. But you could see Eastern China stays warm in between. There's some cooler weather coming in on the 18th, pressing into the east here into Korea, uh South Korea and Japan. Here late in the forecast, but as we get to all the way toward the end here, you could see there is some cooler weather coming in through Mongolia, but there is some pooling of warm temperatures behind it in the former Soviet Republics. Let's take a look at the weather here, and we've got an active hurricane uh season, obviously in the West. We've got two systems out here, three systems actually out here in the Pacific. Kogugaha, I hopefully I'm pronouncing that right. 28 and 96W, which is investigate. But this one, 28, is pressing toward Taiwan, Northern Taiwan. 26 West is pressing toward Northern Philippines or Southern Taiwan. We'll see that will cool temperatures off in Eastern China. As you can see, some moisture is coming in toward Southern uh India here. They could use it. Right now, let's take a look at some stuff on the Eastern side of the Pacific here. We've got Simon. Simon is pressing up into Guadalajara right now, into Chihuahua, and then it will press up toward the panhandle. Excuse me, uh up toward West Texas here into New Mexico. And then as you can see, we've got 93E. That is also pressing upward toward this area here toward Baja California. Let's see if we had that track here. But it is bringing moisture into Texas and and as parts of the South as well as Louisiana. Let's take a look at what else is going on. Let's take a look at the LNG. We've got one tanker loading at the Ras Laffan. Wadi Al Sail. And as you can see right now, that's one out of 10 for uh Qatar. So this is probably shuttle service pushing gas over toward Kuwait. Let's take a look at what's going on in the straights here. As you can see right now, it is still an active um conflict area here in the straights, in the Strait of Hormuz here. Let's pull it up a little bit further, but right now, it seems to be giving me a little bit of a headache here. We'll forget about that for now. But let's go over to the United States. Cameron LNG is running 1.463 out of 1.56. Let's see if that can ramp up. Here is Creole Trail, one of the pipelines that feeds Sabine Pass, running at 1.52. And Corpus Christi running 2.61. Also good news there. Venture Global, this is Calcasieu Pass, running 1.747. Pretty good right there for them. And here is Plaquemines running over 4.133. That's great news there. And here's Freeport stabilizing here around 1.75. Golden Pass, great news there. 642,000 MMBTU's. That's fantastic. We want to get it a little higher. Obviously, the capacity there for train one is 800 to 850,000 MMBTU's. It depends on the weather. And let's take a look here in the Gulf. It's quiet. That's right. It is quiet in the Gulf right now. There is nothing out there. We had one system that might have had a 20% chance of formation today, down to zero. So, the Atlantic has become absolutely quiet. Looks like we've got our one and only hurricane for the season. Let's take a look at the oil and gas E&P sector. Stocks between 2 and 10 billion dollars have a high short float, over 10%.
