"summary": "The speaker believes precious metals, including gold, silver, and platinum, have reached a turning point and are poised for a significant rebound in the fourth quarter. This outlook is supported by consistent central bank gold purchases and a market where speculative positions have been largely flushed out, creating an opportune environment for a bull market. He emphasizes that current market conditions, unlike previous periods, suggest an upward trend with minimal speculative participation.",

"transcript": "Good morning, guys. Midweek update. It's Friday morning. We got, in my opinion, the most important week of the fourth quarter out of the way for the sector that we've been talking about all week: precious metals. We got China back in the market, showed us the hand, which hasn't changed in years. And in the interim, you got the market flushing out of positions. Why? For higher interest rates. Why? For risk off. Why? For a higher dollar. All the reasons that you're taught for the last four or five decades not to be long precious metals. The only difference is our opinion of precious metals compared to anyone else. We think gold, especially, is an alternative currency. So if it's true, then who is buying all this gold? Central banks, and they have not been stopping. And what we wanted to see this week at the end of the week was China continue. This has got nothing to do with the specs. Okay? Speculators in the market, you actually flushed them out. You even got a couple of them short. Now we got the hold. We got the hold from Thursday. We got a hold here Friday morning coming in. If we close well, we think we're just going to grind higher, and it's going to be a market that's a bull market with no one on the game. Okay? Last year around this time, gold, silver, platinum, they were a bull market, and people were in. Now it's the other way around. You couldn't get a better scenario. I'm looking at platinum here. These are platinum futures. Perfect example. Work their way down, work their way down, get to a very attractive area and hold. The thing is, this constant grind gets everybody out of the market. This is platinum futures. We think that's going to go higher. Gold. Gold is people are telling people it's a bear market, it's a bear market. There's no bear market in gold. Gold went from 4,000 to 4,800 just in the month of August. Grinded its way down. Same thing, same scenario. You see what this is? This is when China was away. Okay? China, who is the just inhales gold for the Chinese Central Bank. So you get when they're not in the game, you're playing with speculators. Speculators are watching rising interest rates. They're watching all these symptoms that we talked about that would normally, over the last three, four decades, logically say there's no reason to be long precious metals. Exactly what we want. And you got an even extension down here. We think if gold closes strong, this is Friday morning. We close strong today, we think it's the beginning of an up move for the rest of the fourth quarter. That's gold. The one I think is cheapest was silver. Silver below $60, and I'm not going to change my mind, is value. So we got below $60 for a couple of days. Now it's right at $60. Same thing. If gold's going to go, silver flushed everybody out. Silver's going to go. The charts are a little distorted because this is what happened last year. The point I'm trying to make is, look at that. This is October. October of last year. Different thing, because this was a phenomenon. You're never going to see this again. But the market was getting long as we're going up. Here, the market is not long. They're actually flat. They're neutral. Very few people are long. So if it wants to go higher, or if you get any kind of a, not a mania like this, but any kind of a small mania, they have to chase. That's silver. Silver they chase. Gold is a currency. Platinum is a way of being long precious metals. The equities, what we've been accumulating over the last two weeks, especially this week: Pan American Silver, AGI Gold, SBSW Stillwater Platinum. We think those in the next couple of days, all we got to do today is have a good close. We think next week is the week for precious metals. While everybody's watching oil, which still has no direction, is hovering both sides of $90, and just distortions all over, confusing people, we have a focus. And our focus is precious metals.",
"description": "🚨 PRECIOUS METALS ALERT: Is the Big Rebound Setting Up? 🚨\n\nJoe is calling this one of the most important weeks of the fourth quarter for precious metals. Interest rates, global events and market uncertainty have driven speculators out of positions over the past several weeks, creating sharp pullbacks across gold, silver and platinum. But while many traders have been focused on oil and the latest headlines, Joe believes the bigger story may be unfolding beneath the surface.\n\nWith gold grinding back toward the $4,000 area, silver selling off and platinum futures reaching a major area of interest, Joe is looking at whether the recent selling has flushed out the speculators and brought these markets closer to a potential turning point. His thesis is that central banks and buyers in Asian markets returning from holiday could help shift the balance, particularly if precious metals begin attracting renewed demand while other traders remain on the sidelines.\n\nJoe is also watching the mining equities for signs of a possible rebound, including PAAS in silver, AGI in gold and SBSW in platinum. After weeks of pressure, could these stocks be approaching an important opportunity? This special Midweek Update breaks down the precious-metals setup, the forces shaping the market, and the levels and equities Joe is watching as the next move develops.\n\n#PreciousMetalsAlert #Gold #Silver #Platinum #PAAS #AGI #SBSW #GoldStocks #SilverStocks #MiningStocks #CentralBanks #Commodities #Trading #Markets #MidweekUpdate",
