"transcript": "I grew up in this part of Oklahoma. I'm from Southeastern Oklahoma, not quite far this south. I'm from Ada. And so it felt a bit like a homecoming for me, but to see how much is the same in terms of the culture and the work ethic and the just love of this part of Oklahoma stays the same, but how much has changed in terms of economic development. The tourism effect, especially in this region of Southeast Oklahoma, is really significant. The Hochatown, Beavers Bend area, Broken Bow is really doing extremely well. The tourism industry, the people, the culture, the Choctaw Nation. The Choctaw Nation, we have 237,000 tribal members. We have 171 different programs that we offer our tribal members, 151 different businesses. The Fed, how they handle inflation, all that impacts us in the workforce development with us having 13,500 employees. All of those things affect us drastically. That was the frosting on the cake was to reconnect with with leaders in the Choctaw Nation. They drive a lot of what the economy is doing in Oklahoma and our region. I was very thankful that they came to Southeast Oklahoma because a lot of times we see urban policy just shrunk down for rural communities, and I felt like today's meeting they truly listened to the needs of Southeast Oklahoma. So to truly understand something, you have to get close to it. You have to meet people face-to-face. We've always been very active and sought out to be active with the Fed because our bank and our family believes in its mission. We believe in what the Fed does and how it helps America and how it helps ordinary people and businesses. It's our Fed.",
