"summary": "The speaker, Don Durrett of GoldStockData, presents an investment thesis focused on 15 gold and silver mining stocks identified as \"low-hanging fruit.\" His strategy is based on an aggressive outlook for gold and silver prices, targeting $7,000 for gold and $200 for silver within 2-3 years. He emphasizes high-risk, low-allocation speculation in companies with strong resource scale, production growth potential, and insider alignment, positioning them for significant upside if a debt bubble bursts.",

"transcript": "Hey guys, Don Durrett, Goldstock data. I've been wanting to do this video but I've had a cold and I haven't been up to it. So we'll get to it today. Um, low hanging fruit. So I put this article on Seeking Alpha. I also put the the PDF version on Goldstock data. You can look for my um post. You just go to member list, find my name and look for my post. You can find it there or you can hope you should be able to open it on Seeking Alpha but some people have difficulty. They make it I don't know why. I test it on a Windows machine when I'm not logged in to Seeking Alpha and it opens fine, but for some reason some people have difficulty. They want you to log in to Seeking Alpha. Okay, so, um, I want to go over the 15 names on here. These 15 right here. I actually created a search. It's called low I I put it on here. Low hanging fruit. Run. All right, here we go. So these are the 15 names. You can see they're all green, which is the top 25 and they're all fours. So anything that's a four and a B plus or better. So we have a few A minuses on here, quite a few B pluses. Those are really good risk reward with good upside. Um that's why these are called the low hanging fruit because if gold prices go higher, silver prices go higher, um these guys should all do well. So low hanging fruit. So here's the the upside. So I guess I'll sort them by growth. So if basically 14 bagger is the worst one, which is Talisker. And we got a 33 bagger for Silverco. So basically the average about 15, 20 baggers. High, high upside with good risk reward. So what I was going to do with this video is go over them quickly. And just do a little overview of the 15 stocks. Um you can see on the screen, you can see the type they are here and you can see the market cap, the ownership, the insider ownership. Um you can see the quality. You can always pause the video and take notes or whatever. Um so I'm going to go down the list. The first one we're going to talk about is 1911 Gold. I can't believe this stock. It's trading at 62 cents. It was trading like 59 cents. Um a couple days ago, but even 69. Um fully diluted market cap 300 million. Um they're going to go into production in Q4. So they're, you know, only a few months away from starting up the mill. Um and once they Q1 of next year, they'll be ramping up. Once we get to, I don't know, April, May, sometime between say January and April, we're going to know how they're doing. Um and as long as their costs don't explode higher, as long as their ASIC is around 2,000, 2,500, um I think this stock's absolutely going to rip higher. It So I I didn't realize that I I thought their market cap Oh, it's at 239. So 239. Um about it was a little a little better than that. Let's uh let's run the tool on it really quickly. So, showing us a 20 bagger. 18 multiple with a little bit of dilution. They shouldn't have to dilute. As a 75,000 ounce producer. So they're not going to produce 75,000 out the gate, but they they probably will do 45,000. Um $2200 ASIC, so we could bounce that up. So, maybe we do 6500 here or 6,000. So this is kind of just start out. $2500 ASIC at 6,000, 45,000, it still prints as a seven bagger. So saying the next 18 months, they might be able to be a, you know, a five bagger. The hardest part is to get getting a five bagger. Once you get your five bagger, then all you have to do is double and you got a 10 bagger. Double again, you got a 20 bagger. That's kind of what we're trying to get here from this company. But so they get out the gate, they get 45,000 ounces and hopefully their ASIC if we get their ASIC at 2500, and then we grow production. Uh they have a second deposit that has 700,000 ounces. So then we get it up to 75,000 and then gold goes to 7,000, and then you're going to get you're going to get a big bump. So, let's go back to 1911. So, um, key to 1911 is going to be their cost. And um the grade of course, but I think the grade should be okay. I don't think they're going to miss on give a grade. Um they're going to be mining in an area that they've mined before, so we kind of know what we're going to get. It's kind of a historical thing. Um but the cost could be a lot higher. Um and so as long as they don't miss too badly, but over time, price of gold goes higher. Basically, we're getting a we're getting a gold producer in Canada. Those are very rare. If you if you start thinking about, okay, who what single asset projects are there in Canada today? You got Hemlo, you got Artemis Gold, you got West Dome. Um you have New Found Gold, small producer, West Red Lake Gold, small producer, uh Blue Lagoon, small producer. Basically not very many companies. You got Talisker, small producer. We can pretty much name them all. Not that many. So 1911's going to join the club. But these companies are all going to be Uber valuable because of their location premium. Um you got Next Gold under construction. They'll join the party in about 18 months. There's a few other development plays out there, but they're down the road aways. Not a lot of newbies. Skeena, they'll go into construction pretty soon. Okay, the next one is Andean. Close. So let's click here. Next one's Andean. So Andean, um I like this one a lot. Um so it's 420 million. They're they're going to be producing 5 million ounces of silver in first half of 28 with good costs. Um it's not going to be a high cost silver mine. So, again, I showed you guys before, basically all of these stocks are 15 bagger plus at $7,000 gold or $200 silver. So the leverage is there. We're we're really looking for here is, okay, what's the what are the red flags? What's what's going to stop it from achieving that? For Andean, I think it's uh they get acquired. That that they're so cheap. I usually these these projects, a lot of these development projects before they get into production, they get taken out. Now, Andean is a care and maintenance, not a lot of capex. And nobody's went after him. I'm really shocked. Um I don't somebody we haven't seen a single hostile takeover. I keep waiting for one. Andean would be a good one. Avino would be another good one for hostile because um I think Andean, they're going to start out at 5 million ounces. I think they're going to expand from there. I think I think they can get to seven. Um but I like the deposit. 100 million ounces, growing in size, a lot of exploration potential. Um really the only really red flag with Andean is is their insiders aren't strong enough to prevent a hostile. Uh Avino, another company that's, you know, very, very cheap that I think could have a hostile takeover attempt. Um organic growth all the way to 8 million ounces. You very, very one thing you the best a lot of the best investment I've found is an undervalued producer with uh production, I mean, excuse me, with growth production growth uh planned. And Avino fits that to a T. They're undervalued and they're going to grow production organically. No dilution all the way, you know, the next three years, just going to keep adding adding production. They have 350 million ounces of silver equivalent and they're only mining about 4 million ounces a year. They're easily going to double that. So Avino Avino looks really, really solid. Uh Denarius, um they're building um a mill right now in Colombia for Zancudo. And um I've always said this Q4 right now that we're entering right now is kind of the make or break for Denarius because if that mill gets built and they get into production and their ASIC levels are kind of where they're at now, that's about 8 gram gold mine. Um they're off to the races because Zancudo is going to grow in size. It's already a million ounces. It's probably going to double, maybe even triple in size. They got a lot of exploration. So Zancudo alone um makes his is the value of this company. Just Zancudo, this thing would be a be cheap. But we get a whole bunch more. You can go and look at their company presentation. Uh but they have about four projects in their pipeline. And the next one, Lomero is an advanced project. It's had like over 200 million dollars in invested in that project. And so Lomero is going to come after Zancudo. And and then Serafino, their chairman is very aggressive. Wants to grow the company. Um it doesn't trade in Toronto yet. It so here's the OTC symbol. They um it will trade it's supposed to trade in Toronto in in Q3. And so we're waiting for that. I think that's it's not since it doesn't trade in Toronto, it's currently is not in any ETFs. I think once it trades in Toronto, I think you're going to start seeing it in ETFs. Uh GoGold, uh they just went into construction, matter of fact, uh was it this week, I think? They started construction. So it's an 18-month build. I think a year from now, this stock's going to really start ripping. Um market cap of uh 1.5 billion. It it's had a nice it's jumped here. Um since I actually wrote this article, I think it's up 10%. Um it's starting to jump, but it's still cheap because the Los Ricos, South, Los Ricos North. They have a second mine to build. This is going to be a 15 million ounce producer. They're going to be a significant silver player, but it's going to take a take some time for them to get there. You know, the one company that's not on this list that probably should have made it is Aya. I I almost put Aya on here. Um the Boumadine project. It absolutely has 10 bagger. I'm surprised they even left Aya off. It deserves to be on here. Um I probably probably left it off because Aya doesn't go into production till 29. But I think a year from now, Aya is going to have to start ripping higher. It is so cheap. It's got a $4 billion market cap and I I have that thing targeted 75 billion to 90 billion at $200 silver. Um so Aya is um not on this list, but that's one that needs uh you can take a quick look close look at that one. Um Guanajuato. Guanajuato is a real simple story to understand. They produce about 4 million ounces in Mexico. And those mines have been in production for decades and they'll probably be able to extend them. So the long life. 4 million ounce producer, they'll probably be able to grow production. But the simple story is this is just a cost versus silver price, cost versus margin story. So if silver prices go higher, Guanajuato is going to benefit in a big way because they're going to have their as their margins go up, the value of the company is going to go up. So, it's really highly leveraged um to the silver price. Um so is Avino. Um now, Guanajuato is a growth story. Um they're going to double production. Guanajuato is not, but Guanajuato might be able to increase production by 50%, say go from 4 million to 6 million. But they should be able to get to 5 million. Um so there'll be there should be some growth there. But again, the whole key to Guanajuato is margin. How much margin can they get? How how much how high they're always going to be a high cost company. So we get to $200 silver, I wouldn't be surprised if their their costs are like 75. But even if they get to 75, they're going to have a $125 margin, which is huge. Absolutely huge. So, um they get that 100 $100, $125 margin. They're going to have a really good multiple. So, um even though even though we have um a lot of unknowns with Honey Badger. We don't really have a path to production yet. What we do have is we have a mill. We have permits. It's permitted. They have to they have to get some permits renewed, but it's basically less than a year to do. All the big permits they have. Capex is going to be we don't know that. It's an unknown. It's another red flag. I'm thinking the capex is going to be around 100 million. Might be less than that to get it into production. But so we're going to get some share dilution. But if they can if it this is all about targeting $200 silver. You target $200 silver and you have all those that those zinc offsets to go with it. Um Honey Badger looks looks pretty darn solid, I think. Next one on the list is Lahontan. Lahontan, um they just updated the resource. This is an open pit project in Nevada. They just updated the resource to 2.4 million ounces, 1 million ounces of oxides. So they're they're going to start off with the oxides, which are the easiest to mine. Oxides do not have high ASIC. And so, you know, we're looking in and it's it's one of the higher grade um oxides in Nevada. I think 0.7, 0.8. They mine these oxides all the way down to like 0.25. Um and they make money on them. Uh so oxides are easy to mine, low capex, well, this project doesn't have a high capex. So, but the capex is going to create some dilution, but their value right now 145, 145 million. So, the oxides out the gate, I think we're going to get a PEA here. I think it's going to be somewhere around 70,000 ounces, at least 70,000 ounces a year with a capex probably around 250 million. And the ASIC should be around say 1800, somewhere in there. Um and then they have um they'll probably once they get that off and running, they'll probably expand production over the next three years, say. Um 2.4 million plus Santa Fe West, probably 2.7 million. So, I think this thing's going to get to at least 80,000, 90,000, somewhere in there a year. Um very makes it very valuable mine. Plus I I think the management team in Lahontan is aggressive. I think they want to um get a second um mine, acquire another mine. I think they probably will. Um so Lahontan, they they're going to we're going to get a PEA. They want to get this thing permitted and in construction next year. They say it has a six six-month build. So, there really isn't any red flags on Lahontan, I don't think. Um that's why I have it as a B plus, but it it looks I guess the only red flag is when they couple potential red flags. One is when they do the financing, how much dilution they do. That's an unknown. Um that's probably the biggest one. Next Gold. So, um Next Gold is hasn't started construction yet. They're on the precipice. I think they're they were their goal is to get into get into construction in Q3. They've been doing um working on the PFS and now the Q3 is almost over. So they might not get into construction till Q4. I think it's an 18-month build. It's a lot like GoGold. Um but it's it's a very similar story to GoGold because they have a second mine to build. After they build Goldboro, they're going to go build Goliath. It's very similar to GoGold is that as soon as they finish the first mine, they're just going to go over to the second mine and start building it. Um and so uh that pipeline, we don't know how the how investors are going to value uh GoGold and Next Next Gold as far as um, you know, that second project. But GoGold 1.5 billion, Next Gold only 380 million. So, Next Gold is a little bit cheaper. Um but we're getting both of them though, we're getting that second project for free. The first project are worth more than their market caps. Um Next one is Santa Cruz. So Santa Cruz, um Bolivia, we we had that political turmoil. It's about 900 million market cap. Um mine about 5 million ounces of silver. So this is similar to Andean Silver as far as size goes. Andean's going to mine 5 million too. Um and so Santa Cruz, they have a Sorocaya, which is a they're going to be growing production. They're going to add about it's almost 100% growth. I that's called 80% growth with Sorocaya. That's going to come online in 28. Um and that's not priced in. Uh their current production, um it it's undervalued on their current production because it's in Bolivia. So the multiple, if I scroll over, we're going to get the multiple. So their multiple is seven. So they're pretty cheap. And then if you add Sorocaya in, the multiple drops because that's not priced in. Um so the highest multiple we get GoGold at a 30. Avino at a 20. These these are both growing production, so we give them credit for that. Guanajuato is 15. Okay, let's go back. Um so Sorocaya, but um I I like the risk reward. I I think I think they should be okay with that political turmoil in Bolivia. Um as long as it doesn't get worse, it it things could get worse. They could have some type of a a coup, some type of a revolution down there and, you know, we wouldn't go from mining friendly to mining unfriendly. So there's some location a little bit of location risk with Santa Cruz. Uh Silver Mountain, um they're near-term producer. I have it as a developer, but I oh no, near-term, near-term. Near-term producer, 254 million. Um I have it as a B because they they need to um show us they can make money. Show us they can hit their numbers. Um so it's it's another care and maintenance restart. Uh they're really close to getting into production. And I I think I'm not sure um because when they bought that mine, I thought it was an operating mine. And so and then their second mine is going to go into production next year. So they're going to be probably I think their run rate right now is probably 2 million ounces and the next year they're going to go to 4 million. And their goal is to get to like 10 million in by 28. So it's an aggressive management team, which I like. Um I ownership, 50% insiders. And um they're going to have to do an acquisition to get to 8 to 10, but that's their goal by 28. So they basically want to generate some free cash flow and then go out there and do an acquisition. But um Silverco um is it it's um I think I think it's the risk reward looks really good. That's why all of these stocks are kind of low hanging fruit. Uh all they have to do is execute, generate some money. Generate generate some free cash flow and it should do well. Uh they definitely have the goods. They have they're both both of their mines have plenty of silver. The last one on the list is Talisker. And Talisker um right now they're um doing toll milling. Um and they're actually taking their ore to Asia right now. And they're going to build a mill, but that's going to take a few years. Probably at least two years before we're going to get get to have their own mill. Uh but they'll be generating cash flow while they do it. Um this Braylorn mine is big mine. They their target is 200,000 ounces a year. So I'm only valuing them I think 150,000 ounces a year. Um the risk with the red flag with Talisker, the risk with Talisker is they have low resources. You can see that it says NA. And NA means less than 20%. So Avino and Talisker are the two on this list that are very low insiders. So they're they're vulnerable for a hostile takeover. Um I'd like to see them do an do in do some type of a merger with a company that has a lot of insiders. I thought 1911 was a good was a good match for them. Um so there's there's some other candidates. But I think they need to protect their shareholders by being proactive and merging, maybe doing a merger vehicle um with a company that has significant insiders. Honey Badger Honey Badger would be a good one. Um so until they do that, I think they're a bit at risk, but if all we need for them is to grow production. Uh they have it all planned. Um their growth strategy. I think they're going to get to they're going to grow production next year to 40,000 ounces and then I think they get to 100,000 ounces in 28. And then they're grow from there. Um so it's a nice growth story. Uh little little bit like Avino. Um but they are vulnerable to getting taken out. Okay, so that's the low hanging fruit and uh I'll end it there.",
